Do I need a logo already to purchase your other services?

Yes. Before buying any service, a high-quality custom transparent logo is necessary, unless you are purchasing a brand identity pack or a logo design.

Do we provide refunds?

Refunds are provided individually, depending on the circumstances. However, if we haven't begun working on your project yet, we will refund the entire amount you deposited.

How can I get in contact with you?

Our preferred way of staying in touch is through email and social media messages, especially before you become a client. Once you are a client, we will provide you with our phone number for more consistent communication. We understand that you have a tight schedule, but please be aware that we work with multiple clients simultaneously. As a result, we may not always be able to respond immediately, sometimes taking a few minutes, hours, or even days. That's why we ask for your understanding and allow us 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to reply to you. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before purchasing our services.

What is “forfeiting” my services?

If you are absent for more than 3 months (before your service is completed), you will lose your service and any money you have paid to us, unless you have been in touch with us and we are aware of your situation.

What counts as a revision?

A revision is a small change to the design, such as altering the color, font, or layout. However, please note that a revision does NOT mean you can request an entirely new design. You are entitled to two revision sessions free of charge, but any additional revisions will incur a fee.

To ensure accuracy, please double-check the information you provide us with. If you're unsure about what you want, you can browse through social media to find examples of other people's designs that you like to use as a reference. Take a screenshot and share them with us so that we can get a better understanding of your vision.

Lastly, it is essential to clearly communicate your preferences. "I would like the colors to either be gold and red, or red and silver (whichever looks best on a white background).  I also want my logo to stand out in the middle of the design, as well as a champagne glass with a strawberry in it.”

Providing such detailed instructions gives us a clearer direction in fulfilling your requirements.

Do you print designs?

No. We create the DESIGN ONLY. Once your design is finalized, you can then have it printed locally or online.

What is the expected turn-around time?

The expected turnaround is about 4-6 weeks. Although we usually finish most artwork sooner, we ask for your patience because we dedicate a lot of time to each custom piece and never rush through the process.

Please keep in mind that these time frames are approximate and can vary depending on your project. We will do our best to meet all deadlines, but some projects may prove to be more challenging than others.Therefore, we recommend allowing some extra time before setting launch dates to make sure everything is finalized.

Can I switch my services in the middle of a project?

Once we begin working, it is not possible to transfer services from one to another or from one person to another. Basically, if we have already started working on a logo and you change your mind and want to use the payment towards a different service, we cannot accommodate that request. However, if we haven't started working on the service you purchased and you want to switch to a different service, we can certainly make that change for you. Just inform us as soon as possible.

What software do you use?

  1. All logos are made in Adobe Illustrator and the finalized logo files will be received in .png format along with Black & White versions.

  2. All publications are made in Adobe InDesign and the finalized logo files will be received in .indd, and .pdf versions.

  3. All photos are edited in Adobe Photoshop.

What kind of branding assets do you take?

Professional & High quality photos are required depending on the project.

Why are you charging me more than what your price list says?

The prices mentioned are starting prices. However, please note that prices may vary depending on the complexity and scale of your project.
